Chef Ming's is a good choice for takeout Chinese in the BH area. They prepare the food right in front of you as you wait, they never use MSG, the ingredients are always fresh, and the food is tasty. I have had other Chinese in the area, but Chef Ming's never disappoints.

One very sound Chinese restaurant I know that doesn't use M.S.G. is Chef Ming's. Chef Ming who was a great favorite of Mayor Ed Koch in New York at the Peking Duck restaurant.
