I am addicted to Chef Ming's. I order the cashew chicken at least twice a month. They're always quick and friendly, they've never messed up an order. Highly recommend it!

i'd never been a fan of Orange Chicken. that is, until Chef Ming's came into my life. i was hesitant at first, given their location (didn't seem conducive to being authentic, being in BH and all...). but i have not once regretted ordering from them in the 4+ years i've been their occasional patron. i've also tried several other dishes, and they have all consistently been tasty.

One very sound Chinese restaurant I know that doesn't use M.S.G. is Chef Ming's. Chef Ming who was a great favorite of Mayor Ed Koch in New York at the Peking Duck restaurant.
