i must say .... i was a bit nervous and hesitant trying this place that looked like "fast food" chinese! BUT, it was DELICIOUS!!!!! i loved it, and it was tasty, hot, and fresh.

I love their beef chow fun and their Singapore noodles. I always order beef chow fun the first time I try a place like this just to see if they know what they're doing. And they do. Best of all, all the guys cooking are Chinese. Vegetables are crispy and all the ingredients are fresh.

One very sound Chinese restaurant I know that doesn't use M.S.G. is Chef Ming's. Chef Ming who was a great favorite of Mayor Ed Koch in New York at the Peking Duck restaurant.
