I looooove Chef Ming's Kitchen! I love it so much that I probably eat there/ do take out at least once a week. Their beef chow fun, the shrimp in hot garlic sauce, the kung pao chicken, orange chicken, orange beef, Mongolian beef, and Hawaiian fried rice are so very tasty and NOT oily. ... I'd give this restaurant 10 stars if I could.

This is our go-to Chinese takeout place. We've been a thousand times...which is pretty amazing considering I'm Chinese raised in a Chinese restaurant where my grandparents, father, and other family members cook some pretty mean spicy and delicious meals.

One very sound Chinese restaurant I know that doesn't use M.S.G. is Chef Ming's. Chef Ming who was a great favorite of Mayor Ed Koch in New York at the Peking Duck restaurant.
