I looooove Chef Ming's Kitchen! I love it so much that I probably eat there/ do take out at least once a week. Their beef chow fun, the shrimp in hot garlic sauce, the kung pao chicken, orange chicken, orange beef, Mongolian beef, and Hawaiian fried rice are so very tasty and NOT oily. ...
