All healthy menu dishes are steam cooked without added oil, corn starch, sugar or salt. Our hot garlic or white garlic sauce is only served on the side. Each healthy menu dish is served with your choice of steamed white rice or brown rice. We only use all white meat with chicken dishes from our Healthy Menu.

Best Chinese Take out ... This take out joint has been the only place where so far the food was excellent without being greasy. There was no nasty aftertaste in the mouth unlike most other places. It was really top restaurant quallity food.

chef mings is a storefront/delivery chinese restaurant that has pretty damn good food. It's healthy, authentic, and non-greasy. I like the sweet and pungent shrimp, creamcheese wontons, the heath conscious menu, spicy crispy beef, and many other items on the menu.

One very sound Chinese restaurant I know that doesn't use M.S.G. is Chef Ming's. Chef Ming who was a great favorite of Mayor Ed Koch in New York at the Peking Duck restaurant.
